Our team prepares a service tailored towards you or your loved one, including frequency of check-ins, reminders, special requests, conversation topics, and more. Check-ins can be text-based, call based, conversational, or a simple quick response.

We start check-ins!
We'll start giving you or your loved one check-ins, ranging from 3, 5, or 7 times a week. Here is an example of a phone call check-in.

We send updates via text or email, updating members of the care circle on well-being. See below for an example report.

This week, I had some great chats with Mr. Davidson! He shared a few stories about his time working on classic cars and mentioned how much he’s been enjoying his afternoon walks lately. He’s doing well overall and keeping active, though he mentioned feeling a bit bored on Wednesday.
I suggested trying out a new podcast about history, which he seems to really like! I also suggested joining a walking group hosted by the local senior center.
